Cancellation Policy
Please note that scheduled therapy appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If you fail to provide 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. This is because last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent me from offering the appointment time to another client who may be in need of services. Exceptions may be made for emergency situations on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so by contacting me directly via phone or email. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this policy. By scheduling an appointment with me, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.
